We observed a trend unfold inside of Pilates and Barre studios in Atlanta — women walking in with their Telfar bags as their go-to gym bag.

Not as an accessory. Not as a moment. But as part of their movement routine. Fashion and function had already fused, unprompted — and the culture was leading it.

And it sparked the question: What if movement became a part of Telfar’s world?

 A speculative brand activation where TELFAR expands into premium activewear and immersive movement spaces — keeping the same DNA of inclusivity, culture, and cultural relevance. Imagine a pop-up shaped like a giant Telfar bag — inside, a luxe Pilates studio. Guests train dressed in TELFAR ACTIVE pieces, stepping into a world built for all bodies in motion. Movement becomes culture. Community becomes luxury. Fashion becomes function.

With MELT BY FENTY, we explored a playful “what if”

What if Fenty extended its universe into ice cream?

What if shades became flavors, textures became tastes, and beauty itself transformed into something edible, cinematic, and sensual?

This concept imagines a world where indulgence becomes an extension of identity — luxurious, fun, and unmistakably Fenty.

THE BRAND EXPANSION

The Concept

We asked a simple question: What if beauty melted into dessert? MELT BY FENTY imagines a category expansion where iconic lip gloss shades, complexion colors, and Fenty textures reappear as ice cream — decadent, editorial, and deeply experiential. Imagine a soft-serve swirl that matches your gloss. A waffle cone drenched in Fenty shimmer. Packaging that feels as indulgent as the treat itself. This is where color theory becomes flavor. Where beauty becomes edible joy. Where campaign meets craving.

The Product World

We created a full visual product universe — cones, tubs, drips, textures — each one rooted in actual Fenty shade families. Reds became cherries. Browns became cocoa. Nudes became caramel. Gloss tones became glazes. Every asset was designed to feel premium yet playful, with glossy textures, milky drips, and packaging that blends beauty branding with dessert shop nostalgia. The result: a world that feels instantly Fenty — just… sweeter.

A speculative expansion of Topicals into scalp-first hair care — raw, human, and scientifically grounded.

Topicals has always centered real skin — textured, imperfect, human.

So we started wondering:

What if that same honesty extended into hair care?

ROOT CAUSE reimagines Topicals entering a new category with the same scientific intention and cultural truth — focusing on what’s real, what’s raw, and what’s rarely shown.

So we started wondering: What if that same honesty extended into hair care?

ROOT CAUSE reimagines Topicals entering a new category with the same scientific intention and cultural truth — focusing on what’s real, what’s raw, and what’s rarely shown.

The Concept

ROOT CAUSE explores a world where scalp health is treated with the same transparency and respect that Topicals brings to skin.

A line rooted in the actual root causes of dandruff, dryness, breakage, and irritation — displayed honestly, not hidden.

It asks:What if haircare got this real? What if scalp conditions were shown the way fine art is — large, unapologetic, and beautiful?

A full product line was developed and branded using real, natural scalp imagery — setting the visual tone for the entire ROOT CAUSE expansion.
By anchoring each bottle in truth, the color palette and texture language stayed consistent across all AI visuals, from product photography to lifestyle scenes
This approach allowed the products to live authentically within the deeper campaign narrative:
 showing scalp and hair conditions as fine art — displayed on shelves, in editorial compositions, and ultimately as large-scale pieces within the immersive gallery pop-up.
Our mindset was simple:
 If we could perfect each product image, we could quickly expand that world — transforming them into AI-driven lifestyle images, shelf imagery, and even fine-art statements within the ROOT CAUSE installation.

The Gallery Activation

Imagine a museum-like pop-up where scalp textures, parts, coils, flakes, and strands are displayed like editorial photography. Large-scale portraits. Soft studio light. Cinema-grade detail.

At the center:

A nostalgic salon chair — a cultural touchstone — grounding the installation in care, ritual, and identity.
